Disposable Type 6 Chemical Coverall – SRQ 100

Chemical risk clothing used in environments where the risk of contamination is characterized only by dust, particles or mists of low toxicity. For example: painting rooms, alumina, cement plants, tire and tire manufacturers, aluminum rolling mills, coal factories, laboratories, automotive paints, fiberglass or carbon, assembly plants and maintenance and cleaning services in general.

USES:

• As it is PPE, it is for personal use and is non-transferable.
• Protection is limited to the PPE coverage area.
• The safety of the user of this clothing must be complemented, according to occupational exposure and activity risk, with the use of other PPE.
• Must not have contact with liquids under pressure;
• It must be discarded in case of punctures or damage that makes protection impossible.
• After use, the overalls must be discarded or incinerated in an appropriate place without impacting the environment in accordance with local and national regulations.
• It must be used with the knowledge and approval of the areas of Hygiene, Safety and Occupational Medicine or those responsible for the company.
• It must be kept in a cool, clean and dry place, avoiding humidity and exposure to contaminants.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Made of TNT (non-woven fabric) laminated with PE (polyethylene).
• Hood with front elastic.
• Front 2-way zipper closure with coverage.
• Elastic at the waist, cuffs and ankles for adjustment.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

– Certificate of approval nº 46699.
– Approved to protect the user’s trunk, upper limbs and lower limbs against risks of chemical origin.
– Chemical protective clothing with Type “6” performance, limited protection against chemical liquids.
– Technical standard ISO 16602:2007 + A1:2012.
– Clothing not approved for use against pesticides.
