Welder Protection Set

The  Welder  Safety  Set  is the ultimate choice for professionals facing challenges in the steel, metal and metalworking industries. Developed to offer protection against radiant heat, molten metal splashes and welding-related risks, this Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) redefines safety and comfort standards in the workplace.

Welder clothing acts as a barrier against the risks of radiant heat and molten metal splashes, replacing scraping in some operations.
The specially made fabric blocks the flow of heat from the environment to the body, providing greater comfort. Furthermore, its structure prevents the passage of metal, iron and cast aluminum, keeping the user safe from possible splashes.

Meeting stringent welding spatter requirements  , welder clothing is designed to repel superheated metal and inhibit the spread of flames. With this technology, the risks associated with welding activities are minimized, ensuring a safer working environment.

Maximum Sun Protection:  In addition to its resistance, the apron offers an equally powerful defense against the sun’s rays. Tested and approved according to AS/NZS 4399, it achieves a sun protection index of 50+, protecting the user from harmful damage from ultraviolet rays.

USES:

  • As it is PPE, it is for personal use and is non-transferable.
  • Protection is limited to the PPE coverage area.
  • The safety of the user of this clothing must be complemented, according to occupational exposure and activity risk, with the use of other PPE.
  • It must be discarded in case of punctures or damage that makes protection impossible.
  • It must be used with the knowledge and approval of the areas of Hygiene, Safety and Occupational Medicine or those responsible for the company.
  • It must be kept in a cool, clean and dry place, avoiding humidity and exposure to contaminants.
  • PPE loses its protective characteristics when the user does not correctly follow the instructions in the manual and when used in environments with chemical splashes, which can cause holes in the clothing.
  • It must not come into contact with alcohol, gasoline or other chemical solvents.
  • Do not use this clothing for fire penetration activities.
  • The shelf life after use is 5 years. Meets welding spatter requirements.
