Agrochemical Spray Set Type II – AGR 300

Herbicide set  developed to protect agricultural workers during the application of pesticides, providing body protection in spraying, pesticide application and fumigation activities in planting and harvesting areas, as well as in storage, handling, transport, preparation, application, disposal and decontamination of pesticide equipment. It is also used during spraying, ensuring protection against splashes and pesticide mist. Pesticide  application clothing  and  an apron are an essential part of the set and must be worn during the spraying process, reinforcing the safety of agricultural workers.

USES:

• As it is PPE, it is for personal use and is non-transferable.
• Protection is limited to the PPE coverage area.
• The safety of the user of this clothing must be complemented, according to occupational exposure and activity risk, with the use of other PPE.
• It must be discarded in case of punctures or damage that makes protection impossible.
• It must be used with the knowledge and approval of the areas of Hygiene, Safety and Occupational Medicine or those responsible for the company.
• It must be kept in a cool, clean and dry place, avoiding humidity and exposure to contaminants.
• PPE loses its protective characteristics when the user does not correctly follow the instructions in the manual.
• It must not come into contact with alcohol, gasoline or other chemical solvents.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Made from water-repellent fabric, consisting of 5 pieces.
• Arabic cap  made with PVC brim and visor to protect the neck and shoulders, seam closure below the chin and water-repellent fabric.
• Visor/Facial Protector  made of transparent acetate and adjustable fastening straps using velcro.
• Long-sleeved  shirt  in water-repellent fabric , round neck and strip of the same fabric at the hem for adjustment.
• Pants  in water-repellent fabric with a strip of the same fabric at the waist for adjustment.
• Safety apron  made of bagum fabric, with an electronically welded strap in the chest area to be fixed around the neck and two bagum straps at the waist, one on each side for electronically welded adjustments.
• Colors; Grey, white and yellow (check availability).
