Flame-resistant electrical clothing is designed to offer safety against thermal risks arising from Electric Arcs and Flash Fires. This type of FR10 clothing is essential for professionals who work in areas with energized electrical equipment, offering protection against electric arcs during their activities. Made from flame-resistant fabric, it is essential in operations involving circuits with electrical energy. Protection against sudden fires is crucial in sectors such as gas and oil companies, offshore platforms, metallurgical, steel and chemical industries and environments at risk of explosion. This flame-retardant clothing also offers thermal comfort, thanks to its ability to absorb moisture, 100% cotton fabric. Sayro has the Certificate of Approval (CA) from both fabric manufacturers in this segment, ensuring excellence and compliance to provide ideal protection in the work environment.

USES:

As it is PPE, it is for personal use and is non-transferable.
It must be used with the knowledge and approval of the areas of Hygiene, Safety and Occupational Medicine or those responsible for the company.
Product developed in accordance with standards, to minimize serious injuries caused by accidents.
Protection is limited to the PPE coverage area and does not offer protection against all risks.
The safety of the user of this clothing must be complemented, according to occupational exposure and activity risk, with the use of other PPE.
It must not come into contact with alcohol, gasoline or other chemical solvents.
Do not use this clothing for fire fighting or fire penetration activities.
It must be kept in a cool, clean and dry place, avoiding humidity and exposure to contaminants.
PPE loses its protective characteristics when the user does not correctly follow the instructions in the manual and when used in environments with chemical splashes, which can cause holes in the clothing.
It must be discarded in case of punctures or damage that makes protection impossible.

Made from UNIFORTE Pro FR fabric, 100% Cotton, 3X1 twill, weight 260 g/m², manufactured by the company Companhia de Tecidos Santanense with ATPV 9.6 cal/cm² – risk 2.
Santanense’s Uniforte Pro FR fabric is OEKO-TEX certified, an international certification for the textile sector that covers its process phases, from the raw material to the final finishing of the fabrics, which certifies that the products are free of substances harmful to human health.
